Delivery

From Monday to Friday, all orders placed and validated before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed between Friday 1pm and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday before 6pm.

Collection from our Toulouse shop

You can collect your order free of charge from our boutique at 23 place Victor Hugo in Toulouse (opening hours).

Our carriers

We work with the following carriers: Mondial Relay, Colissimo, ChronoShop2Shop & Chronopost.

Delivery is free with Mondial Relay for purchases of €150 or more abroad in Europe.

Delivery is free with Colissimo for orders over €150 in mainland France and Corsica.

International

Chronopost International

Delivery within 2 to 3 working days: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Delivery within 3 to 6 working days: Canada, USA, DOM TOM.

Chronopost Express International

Delivery in 1 to 2 working days: free for orders over €1,000

In order to guarantee you the fastest delivery, we reserve the right to change the carrier initially chosen by a carrier offering equivalent services (UPS, Fedex, etc.).

VAT refund

If your usual place of residence is outside the European Union (EU) or in a third country, value added tax (VAT) may be deducted from the price of goods purchased in France.

Once approved by the customs office at the point of exit from the EU, the seller is definitively exempt from VAT. It is the seller's responsibility to reimburse the tax-free amount on the basis of the customs approval.

Retours

For all orders in metropolitan France, returns are free in the case of an exchange or a credit note, within 14 days of receipt of the product, for labelled products that have never been worn. For refunds in France and abroad, return postage is charged.

1 - PAYMENT METHODS

By credit card:

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, BLUE CARD, APPLE PAY, SAMSUNG PAY, GOOGLE PAY. Payments made by credit card will be made through the secure system Vva Wallet, the most secure payment system in the world that uses the TLS protocol (encryption of all card-related information) and is subject to numerous approvals (PCI DSS certification, CB Cartes Bancaires approval, Visa merchant agent approval...).

At no time will your bank details appear in clear or be visible to the merchant. We practice the debit of your credit card at the time of order. At the buyer's request, an invoice will be sent on paper showing the VAT.

Payment in 3x or 4x installments without fees from €100 to €2000 purchase:

CESARE NORI, via its banking partner ALMA, offers you to stagger the payment of your order in 3 or 4 installments debited from your account associated with your credit card. This payment facility is offered to you for free and does not entail any additional fees from €100 purchase.

Conditions:

This offer is reserved for adult individuals holding a credit card valid at least 3 months after the date of conclusion of the installment payment contract and whose uses are not subject to a systematic authorization request (including Visa Electron, Maestro and Cirrus cards...).

Operation:

For example, for a purchase of €450 in 3 installments, you pay: €150 at the time of order, €150 at 30 days, €150 at 60 days after the order.

For example, for a purchase of €450 in 4 installments, you pay: €112.5 at the time of order, €112.5 at 30 days, €112.5 at 60 days and €112.5 at 90 days after the order.

Subscription modalities: When you place an order with a 3 or 4 installment payment, you commit to pay your order in full no matter what. In the case of a 3X free payment, proof of identification may be requested to secure your payment.

If you pay for your order in several installments, you accept Alma's general customer conditions. In particular, you can only pay in installments for purchases whose amount is between €100.00 and €2,000.00. The fees applicable to this payment method are, for each transaction, 0.00% of the transaction amount plus €0.00.

Cesare Nori reserves the right to accept or refuse your request for financing in 3x or 4x installments.

By credit card via Paypal:

Application of Paypal's general terms and conditions of use. In case of refund, the Paypal transaction fees will be deducted.

By PayPal:

To benefit from this payment method, you must have an account with PayPal. In case of payment by PayPal, it is the general conditions of use of Paypal that apply. In case of refund, the Paypal transaction fees will be deducted.

By bank transfer:

When validating the order, you will receive our bank details (displayed on the online order form + email), you will then have 7 days to send us your transfer. Three business days on average are needed to issue a transfer, therefore: after 10 days from the issue of the order without receipt of your transfer, the order will be cancelled.

2 - DEFAULT OF PAYMENT

CESARE NORI reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is in the process of administration.

3 - SECURING

Our payment system meets the latest 3D Secure standards set up by Visa (Verified by Visa), Mastercard (MasterCard SecureCode), and American Express with SafeKey.

***The 3D Secure protocol is expressed by an additional step during payment: the authentication of the cardholder.

Authentication takes place after entering bank data. The internet user is redirected to the page of their bank to enter an information independent of their card and specific to them. In most cases, an SMS with a unique code is sent to the cardholder. The latter must enter this code on the bank's secure page to definitively validate this step.
